There is nothing worse than receiving an IRS audit letter in the mail and personally dealing with them.
We help prepare letters to the IRS and speak to them directly on your behalf to help resolve these issues, so you can go about your daily life while we handle the rest. 
Please Note: Our service is purely based on you know there is an error and you have proof of it, and you do not have the time nor the patience to deal with the IRS. 
What type of information is required?
  • Completed Questionnaire
  • Copies of ALL IRS Notices
  • Copies of your Tax's forms that shows proof of payment or inaccuracy
  • Signed temporary power of attorney (which is very clearly written only for IRS assistance only)
  • Copy of ID & SSN Card



How does our service work?

  1. Once you purchase the service we will email you a questionnaire.  This will help us complete your forms and we will draft your paperwork based on the information you give us.

  2. We will scan and email you your forms for review, and once we receive your email approval we will start the process of IRS cleaning up.  It's VERY important that during this time when the IRS is mail you letters that you're scanning them over to us so we can review and respond as needed. 

  3. At the end we will review everything together to determine if you would like additional service.  If your requesting additional service another full price fee will be required, if not we will then close your case.

What if I have legal questions?

Unfortunately, we are only a Legal Document service, and we can only assist you with the paperwork you would like drafted. If you need legal counsel you will have to seek an attorney. 


Termination Policy:


You can terminate your membership at any time with a written termination notice, but term notice has to be submitted 2 weeks before the 1st of the following month or you will get charged for the next month (no exceptions).

What if I want to put my purchased service on hold?

Please email us if you need to put your service on hold. However ​please note the following:

• We will only hold it for (3) months then your purchased service will expire with no refund, no exceptions.

• If you want to reinstate your service a New Retainer Fee will be required.

• Please reach out to us via email 2 weeks before the 1st of the following month to avoid being billed, anything after will cause your account to be billed no exceptions/no refunds.
